How do I know which suppliers have responded?

What file formats can suppliers use when submitting documents?
Suppliers can submit documents in common business formats including PDF, Excel, Word, and major image formats (JPEG, PNG). The tool accepts the formats your suppliers are most likely to already use.
How long are submitted documents retained?
Documents are retained for a minimum of five years, in line with USMCA and other FTA recordkeeping requirements, so you can produce them quickly during a CBP audit or customs inquiry.
Is my supplier data secure?
Yes. All data transmitted through the platform is encrypted in transit and at rest. Supplier submission links are unique to each request and expire after submission or when the request period closes.
